From the UK - According to a report published in Preventive Medicine, walking or biking to work improves a person's wellbeing. Researchers studied nearly 20 years of data covering over 18,000 commuters in Britain. Results showed that the more time people spent commuting in cars, the worse their psychological wellbeing. Conversely, the more time spend walking or biking improved wellbeing.
