Vitamin B does not reduce risk of memory loss (November 13, 2014 - Insidermedicine) From the Netherlands - According to research published in Neurology, Vitamin B may not lower risk of memory loss. Researchers studied nearly 3,000 people with an average of 74. Participants took either daily folic acid and vitamin B12 or placebo for two years. Results showed no difference between the two groups, in regards to how participants scored on thinking and memory tests.
