Healthy diet may lower blood pressure (November 20, 2014 - Insidermedicine)
From New York - According to research presented at the AHA's Scientific Sessions, a healthy diet can help lower blood pressure. Researchers studied over 12,000 volunteers with an average age of 38 years. Results showed that healthy eating habits, such as regular fruit and vegetable consumption, as well as whole grains, and a diet low in salt and alcohol, was associated with decreased blood pressure measurements
