Cognitive therapy may be better for social anxiety than medication
Cognitive therapy may be better for social anxiety than medication (October 1, 2014 - Insidermedicine) From Baltimore - A new report published in the Lancet Psychiatry finds that talk therapy may be better for social anxiety than medication. Reseachers conducted a meta-analysis comprised of over 13,000 men and women from over 100 different clinical trials.
