Caffeine may improve memory
Caffeine may improve memory (January 14, 2013 - Insidermedicine) From Baltimore - Caffeine may improve memory, according to a report published in Nature Neuroscience. Researchers randomized a group of volunteers who did not regularly eat or drink caffeinated products to either placebo or or small caffeine tablet 5 minutes after reviewing a series of images. Participants provided salivary samples before they took the tablets, and again at one, three and 24 hours afterwards. Participants then reviewed the images from the day before. Results showed that individuals in the caffeine group performed better on the second test than individuals taking placebo.
